Episode 10 - Why it is important to step out of our bubble, open our eyes, and join the fight for social justice…
For this episode, I sit down with an amazing friend of mine, Elsa Varughese. Elsa is currently a Senior Clinical Account Specialist within Johnson and Johnson’s Medical Device Business. Day to day she works directly with physicians to give patients with conditions such as cardiac arrhythmia's a better quality of life. She is a beautiful, kind, generous, and amazing human that cares deeply about others.
Elsa also was a One Young World ambassador for the year of 2019. One Young World is a global forum where young leaders from all around the world come together to share best practices and ideas on how to continue changing the world for good.
During this conversation, we speak about everything from highlights from her time at the one young world summit to how patience is so important for young leaders to her important work with the maternal health non-profit March For Moms. I hope you are inspired by our conversation!
During this episode, we talk about…
Highlights from her time at the one young world summit
Learning from her favorite author, J.K. Rowling, around children in institutions and orphanages around the world
How patience is so important for young leaders
The important work she done for maternal health advocacy with the non-profit March for Moms
