CaringCrowd is the free crowdfunding platform provided by Johnson & Johnson (Global Public Health department) to empower people to improve world health. Anyone can use CaringCrowd by leading or supporting fundraisers and spreading awareness for projects with potential health outcomes by nonprofits.
CaringCrowd is different in several ways. Projects are reviewed by independent public health experts and the 501(c)(3) nonprofits are vetted before being allowed onto this platform. It is project-focused (not nonprofit or general cause-centered). CaringCrowd provides a more personal way to lead and participate in global public health initiatives. You can feel as if you are part of the project by receiving updates on the projects progress and subsequent impact! At CaringCrowd, you are able to appreciate the people involved and understand how your donation is being used.
